Oireachtas committee to address Delaney over FAI loan  Previous FAI CEO John Delaney is expected before the Oireachtas Committee on Transport, Tourism and Sport today.

Mr Delaney has been under investigation since it rose he loaned the affiliation €100,000 to help it through what he portrayed as a momentary income issue

Questions have been raised about the monetary issues inside the FAI that gave the setting to such a loan 

The FAI has said it is completing two separate surveys by worldwide evaluating firm Mazars and Grant Thornton and let it out defied State financing norms by not announcing the loan to Sports Ireland.
