Fight in court between Quinn family and Anglo Irish Bank settled The long-running fight in court between Seán Quinn’s family and the previous Anglo Irish Bank has been settled completely, the High Court has heard.
The five kids had denied risk for around €415 million under certifications in connection to credits progressed by Anglo to Quinn organizations.
The youngsters had asserted they were put under undue impact by their dad in connection to the assurances.
Settlement talks started following an application to be permitted to make this case as a major aspect of their lawful case.

Senior Counsel Bernard Dunleavy for the Quinns, told the court at the beginning of today that the issues between the gatherings had been settled.
