Blinken hails s. Korea decision for victims of japan’s forced labor, WASHINGTON US top diplomat Antony Blinked on Sunday accredited plans announced by South Korea to compensate victims of Japan’s forced wartime labor as Seoul looks to forge near ties with Tokyo.
